We seal all of our ductwork to Energy Star standards, we sell Energy Star certified equipment, provide service after the sale and subscribe to the American Standard Customer Satisfaction Survey. We request American Standard to send out a survey to every customer when we complete a new American Standard system or service any American Standard unit. We currently have a 98% very satisfied result with American Standard.
